Where can I learn more about bats and Bat Conservation International?
Visit the official BCI website at Batcon.org and subscribe to our email list! This is just our shop website, so you'll only find our merchandise here at shop.batcon.org.
Do you sell bat houses?
We do not sell bat houses, but we offer a variety of great resources on our Bat Gardens & Houses page on the BCI website. There you'll find webinars and tips on bat houses, as well as building plans for two styles of bat house. And to increase your chances of attracting bats to your yard, consider planting a bat garden!
How long does it take to ship my order?
All of our items are printed on demand and take 3-4 days on average to process and prepare your order. From there, orders will arrive in 2-5 business days. **Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the US can take an additional 7-12 business days.
I've only received part of my order! Where's the rest?
We use a number of different printers throughout North America to fulfill our orders, so your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All products can be shipped internationally. Shipping outside of the U.S. will take between 10-30 business days. Shipping costs are determined by each printing partner for each item; some charge more than others.
What's your return policy?
If your order arrived damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin a reprint or refund request. The same applies if your order receipt does not match the items that you received.
The printing partners that we use do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders where the customer selected the wrong size/color. Be sure to review the sizing chart of all apparel before placing your order.
Do I get a store discount as a BCI Member?
Yes! Depending on your level of support, you'll receive a Member Discount Code for between 10-30% off.
I'm a BCI Member, where do I find my Member Discount Code?
If you became a new member or renewed online, you'll find your member discount code in your confirmation and thank you email.
If you became a member or renewed by mail, you'll find your member discount code in your confirmation and thank you letter.
